Callout Fees

All fees include diagnosis and the first hour of labour.

Site Inspection — New Installation

FREE

Pre-installation scoping for new commercial kitchen ventilation or mechanical work.

No callout fee — we'll attend, scope the job, and provide a detailed quote.

Standard

$275 + GST

Mon–Fri 7am–5pm · Sat 7am–12pm

Additional labour: $145/hr + GST

After-Hours

$400 + GST

Mon–Fri after 5pm · Sat after 12pm

Additional labour: $215/hr + GST

Sunday & Public Holidays

$550 + GST

All day

Additional labour: $290/hr + GST

• Materials charged additionally.

• If a replacement unit is required, the callout fee is waived if you proceed with the quoted works.
